VOICE MAIL INTERFACE:
Our Voice Mail interface allows NiteVision to update guest
mailbox information on the voice mail system.
Benefits:
- Guest mailbox on the voice mail system is automatically
turned on at check-in and off at check-out.

Required Equipment:
Available serial (RS232) port on the NiteVision computer
Serial (RS232) cable - provided by your voicemail vendor
Details:
When a caller leaves a voice mail message for a guest,
NiteVision will enable the message-waiting indicator on
the room status screen in NiteVision. NiteVision will also
turn the message waiting light on the guest's telephone
on (requires phone system support).
At check-out, all messages and mailboxes for the room
are automatically cleared by NiteVision.
