the reservation and check-in processes.
Summary:
Five different levels of maintenance make it easy to track which rooms need
service for minor issues and which rooms should not be rented. Two different
out of service levels allow you to have NiteVision calculate your ADR with
or without your out of service rooms.
During the audit process, NiteVision checks for past due
maintenance issues and displays any it finds.
When attempting to check a guest into a room with an outstanding
maintenance issue, NiteVision will provide information
about what is wrong with the room. If the maintenance level
is set to out of service, the clerk is not allowed to check
the guest into that room.
