GUEST SERVICES KIOSK:
Guests can check themselves in and out, view or display
their folios, and make reservations for a future stay 24
hours a day using the intuitive Guest Services Kiosk screens.
The Guest Services Kiosk saves on labor costs because
guests are able to perform tasks on their own that would
otherwise require the assistance of a hotel employee. More
importantly, since using the kiosk is so easy, they will
be more likely to book at your hotel again knowing they
can skip the lines at the front desk and quickly check
in or out at the kiosk on their own schedule.
Guests looking for a business center, restaurant, church,
mosque, synagogue, car rental office, or theme park can
search, view, or print hours of operation, driving directions,
and maps using the kiosk.
Your guests are valued potential customers for local businesses
who will pay for advertising on the Guest Services Kiosk.
When the kiosk is not in use, it displays a series of screens
that can include hotel facilities and services as well
as paid advertising. As soon as a guest approaches the
kiosk, the screen resets to the main menu, making it easy
for the guest to choose what he or she wants to do.
GUEST SELF SERVICE
Guests can check themselves in or out, make future reservations, view or print
their guest folio, find area attractions and check their e-mail using the
REMco Guest Services Kiosk.
Guests can make reservations for any date in the future.
If they have stayed at your property previously there's
no need to enter their name and address. However, even
first time guests can use the Guest Services Kiosk to make
a reservation.
Guests choose the type of room from available accommodations.
A picture of each room type can be displayed. All kiosk
transactions are fully integrated into NiteVision and take
place instantaneously.
Guests can view or print their folio and check out using
the kiosk.
You can provide an automated concierge service by listing
local area attractions on the kiosk, including printable
hours of operation, directions, and maps.
When the Guest Services Kiosk is idle, it displays a variety
of screens showing hotel facilities, services, an encouragement
to use the kiosk, and paid advertising. These screens can
include sound if you wish. A motion sensor in the kiosk
automatically reverts to the main guest services menu when
a guest approaches.
