Using the booking screen (above), your customers enter the dates of their stay and the number of guests.
Available accommodations and rates are displayed so the customer can make a choice. Availability and room rates are updated automatically so you don't have to worry about overselling or underselling. When occupancy reaches specific points the room rates will be adjusted automatically based on your own revenue management rules without any manual intervention.
The customer then enters their address and credit card information.
The reservation is instantly booked on your NiteVision system and a confirmation e-mail sent to the guest that includes their reservation number.
