The Call Accounting / Call Posting modules integrate with NiteVision to automatically post charges for telephone calls to guest folios.

The Call Accounting/Posting module posts a line on the guest's folio that includes the number called, the date and time the call was made, the length of the call, and the total charge for the call.

If you have established credit limits for guests paying by cash, NiteVision immediately displays a message to warn you that the guest has met or exceeded the credit limit.

The call accounting module also gives you complete control over rates charged for various call types (local, toll-free, in-state and out-of-state long distance, and user-defined call types). You can set your own call mark-up surcharges and give discounts for evening and night calls. In addition, you can easily set up any applicable taxes to automatically post along with the charge for the call.

Not only this, but this module also supports housekeeping codes. If your phone system supports this feature, you can set up a code for your housekeepers to dial from a room that will update the room's status (Clean or Dirty) in NiteVision
